Logging in to SmarTech applications

Note:  The SmarTech and my.NRCS applications have been optimized for operation with Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 5.5 and higher.

  1. SmarTech is accessed from within the my.NRCS portal, Technology page or directly by entering

https://smartech.sc.egov.usda.gov/

at the browser window. If you do not have a role appropriate to access an application, you will be  returned to the home page.

If you do not have an eAuthentication login refer to the eAuthentication website:

 http://www.eauth.egov.usda.gov/eauthCreateAccount.html.

  1. Enter your eAuthentication login and password. If you do not have an eAuthentication login refer to the eAuthentication website:

    http://www.eauth.egov.usda.gov/eauthCreateAccount.html    .
